PARK & PLAY GUIDELINES

1. Cost 1:  The base cost of each Park & Play vehicle is $129.00 for up to 4 guests, plus an additional $20.00 resort fee for each additional guest, up to a maximum number of 8 guests per Park & Play vehicle. No two vehicles can be combined under a single reservation.

2. Cost 2:  The base cost of Park & Play guests who wish to have an actual RV site (selected by management) and use the charcoal grill, picnic table and fire ring, the Park & Play base cost will be $159.00 (instead of $129.00), plus an additional $20.00 resort fee for each additional guest, up to a maximum number of 8 guests per RV site.

3. Ages:  Children 3 and under are not charged but are counted as a car occupant.  Regulatory occupancy limits for the resort are based upon “hearts” not “ages” or “sizes”.

4. How to Reserve:  Park & Play reservations will only be available online through our reservation system and will require the full names and ages of all occupants at the time of reservation.

5. Reservations must be made ONLINE ONLY at least two (2) days before the resort visit.  There will not be any admission available Park & Play passes on the day of requested use, or by simply driving to the resort. 

6. All guests under a reservation must be present at the time of check-in at the Welcome Center to present IDs and receive their wristbands.  Vehcles will not be allowed to wait for another guest to arrive.

7. All guests will have to wear the same wristbands as all other resort guests.

8. One guest in the vehicle must be over the age of 21 and have a valid driver’s license.

9. A parent or guardian must always be present and in the presence of their children aged 12 or younger.

10. The responsible adult in the vehicle must be able to sign an electronic waiver and policies and procedures for themselves and all minors, just like all registered guests at RV sites and cottages.

11. There is no “In & Out” from the resort.  If you leave, you cannot return.

12. There will be no “drop off” or “pick up” available.  All guests must be present at check-in and leave together at end of the visit.

13. The hours for Park & Play will be from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. (There will be no early check-ins or late check-outs)

14. All guests must conform to the behavior and respect standards of our family environment that are expected from our other guests.  Any disruptive or disrespectful guest will be required to immediately leave, and all members of their Park & Play reservation group will be required to leave with them, without any refund of any amount, and be barred from returning to the resort in the future.

15. For insurance and safety reasons, each Park & Play vehicle must be model year 2010 or newer, have a current license plate and proof of current insurance.

16. Like with other resort guests, no outside food or beverages may be brought into the Roundabout Circle where the Grand Lodge, Arcade, and all water amenities and yard games are located.

17. Because we love animals and there is no place to leave them on a hot sunny day if you are in a vehicle, no pets will be allowed to accompany a Park & Play guest.

18. Roundabout Oxford and all of its facilities are built to ADA standards and ensures accessibility for all guests.  Under the ADA, service animals must be dogs trained to perform a specific task. Emotional Support animals will not be permitted inside the Roundabout Circle where the water amenities and food areas are located unless they are trained to perform a specific task related to the disability of the guest.

19. No smoking or vaping inside Roundabout Circle or any other public building on the resort.

20. No music may be played from any vehicle parked in guest parking.

21. For vehicles that have paid for an RV Site for Park & Play, music may be played at a low volume so that guests on other RV sties or cottages cannot hear it.

22. All other rules & regulations apply and will be signed electronically at time of reservation.

When open, stop by The Canteen for a tasty meal or a quick snack by the pool! You’ll find plenty of casual options to enjoy while relaxing at the Family Pool or Adult Pool. For refreshing drinks, swim on over to The Hoka Hut, our poolside gathering spot, or unwind with a tropical cocktail at The Beach Bar. Don’t forget to swing by The Molly Barr Bar for bites and specialty cocktails on the main pool deck. All locations are open daily!

All rules regarding the use of the Roundabout Oxford facilities must be observed. Management reserves the right to restrict or deny the use of any of the common facilities if they deem that action appropriate for the circumstances regarding the actions of an RV owner, their family members, or their guests.
